Some FAQs about our location! 

Where is Warehouse Cinemas Rotunda located?
727 W 40th St, Baltimore, MD 21211, situated in The Rotunda complex near Johns Hopkins and Hampden.
Is parking available?
Yes, guests get free 4-hour parking in the Rotunda garage. The surface lot is for short-term parking only.
What are the hours of operation?
Typically, open 10:30 AM –11 PM daily, though showtimes vary per movie. We are open 30 minutes before the first showtime and close 30 minutes after the last movie.
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available via the mobile app, website, self-serve kiosk, or in person with one of our cashiers at the theater.
Are seats reserved?
Yes! All auditoriums feature heated leather recliners with reserved seating.
Are there ADA accommodations?
Yes. We offer wheelchair-accessible seating and ADA companion passes with proof of badge.
Can I get food and drinks there?
Absolutely. There’s a full kitchen, bar, and concession stand. Unlimited free refills are available in all sizes of regular soda and popcorn.
Do they serve alcohol?
Yes, we offer beer selections and full-service alcoholic beverages. Valid ID is required; limit one drink per ID.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No, outside food and beverages (including snacks and drinks) are not permitted in the theater.
Is there an age restriction for movies?
Yes, on R-rated films have specific rules:
• Ages 0–5: not permitted
• Ages 6–16: can attend with an adult (18+)
• Age 17: may attend alone with ID
• Ages 18+: unrestricted with ID
Furthermore, after 6 PM, all attendees must be at least 16 or be accompanied by a 21+ guardian.
What conduct is expected at the theater?
Standard rules apply: no recording, no solicitation, no outside food/drink, no smoking/vaping, and security may inspect bags. 
What about lost and found?
The theater isn’t responsible for lost items, but staff can assist. We will hold onto lost items for a month and then they will be submitted to the authorities. If you are missing an item, please contact your theater.
What if I have further questions or issues?
For assistance, please contact the theater directly at (240) 422‑8012 or through the contact page on our website. All calls go by voicemail, but we aim to respond within 24 hours. For time-sensitive requests like refunds or ticket swaps, please visit the theater in person at least 30 minutes before your scheduled showtime. We are also happy to honor these requests if your voicemail or email is sent on time.
What kinds of movies and experiences do we offer?
We show first-run films, including standard, open-captioned, and descriptive-audio formats. Expect up-to-date flicks and more.
